Synopsis:
A man using a device to generate a whirlwind breaks into the Blue Valley First National bank. Wally West is nearby and confronts the robber as Kid Flash. He damages the criminal's whirlwind machine. This causes the robber to drop the cash and spin uncontrollably out to sea. It is presumed that the crook drowned.
