Synopsis:
After a mission in space, Green Lantern returns to Earth where he discovers that the police in Evergreen City have invented new anti-crime devices. When a gang of crooks led by a woman named Kyra, defeat the devices, Green Lantern goes after the gang. The crooks use advanced technology to paralyze him. He succeeds in freeing himself, but the crooks who are aliens return to their own planet Hegor.

Green Lantern tracks them to their homeworld. He meets Kyra again who explains that she and a group of students wanted to change the ancient ways on her planet without violent conflict. They used Earth as a training ground to perfect their methods and prevent a war on her planet. Her plan succeeded and change has come to Hegor without loss of life.
