Synopsis:
Colonel Harjavti invites Jack O'Lantern to Bialya. He proposes the formation of a new group of super-heroes sponsored by his country that will go against the U.S. and Soviet sponsored Justice League. Jack knows that Harjavti only wants power for himself, but he recognizes that the idea is a good one. Jack leaves to recruit some friends for the new group.
