Synopsis:
When the Justice League was granted international status. The United Nations was prompted to shut down the Dome, an existing international super-hero organization. Belphagor, the director of the Dome, laments over its demise with Doctor Mist. Jack O'Lantern is also upset and storms out of their headquarters. Mist claims that the Global Guardians will continue to exist, even without U.N. funding.
