Synopsis:
After three murders at the Gayland amusement park, Green Arrow and Speedy investigate. Green Arrow speaks to the park manager Harlan Sloan and learns that the victims were all stock holders in the park. Outside the office, Speedy is attacked by men in devil suits. Green Arrow rescues his partner, then stops another murder attempt. After another run-in with the devil men, Green Arrow and Speedy expose Sloan who hired the killers. He wanted the park to himself after learning about an oil field on the land below it.
