Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy set out to stop a gang of pirates that have been raiding the local harbor. While Speedy stays behind to drive the Arrowcraft, Green Arrow boards the pirate ship commanded by Captain Kilgore. The pirates nearly kill him twice, but the archer manages to survive. The archers then team up to go after the gang.

When the pirates launch a torpedo at a ship in the harbor, Green Arrow sees a young boy Johnny James, lashed to it. He dives into the water, saves the boy, and redirects the torpedo. It hits the pirate ship and destroys it.
