Synopsis:
While searching for wanted criminal Jud Lukins, Batman sees a watchman at a shipyard murdered. He doesn't catch the killer, but he suspects it is one of the workers at the yard. Bruce Wayne gets a job undercover at the shipyard posing as John Bruce, a riveter.

Bruce compiles a list of suspects, then begins gathering evidence to narrow the list. He eventually pinpoints Charley Stark as the killer and baits a trap for him. Stark reveals himself and is caught. Batman also catches Lukins, whom Stark was trying to smuggle out of the country in a secret compartment onboard a ship.
