Synopsis:
Pilot Bill Cooper is injured when his plane crashes after chasing smuggler Ace Hobbs. Cooper's injuries are permanent, so Robin suggests that he start a model airplane club. Robin then helps the club build model Batplanes.

During their first flight, the Batplanes are hijacked by a stronger radio signal. Robin traces the signal to a windmill that is relaying coded information to Hobbs and his smugglers. The crooks intend to use the planes to carry jewels into the country.

Robin and Cooper build a stronger radio device to take back control of the planes. When their jewels are taken away, the crooks kidnap Cooper. However, Robin helps him to overcome the crooks, and the injured pilot is able to fly his way to safety.
