Synopsis:
Batman and Robin battle a gang of payroll robbers at a train yard. After the crooks escape, the heroes are approached by amateur cameraman Sam Garth. Batman suspects Garth is using photos to case potential robbery locations. When Batman visits Garth's home, the photographer and his gang ambush him.

Batman escapes a trap, then uses Garth's photos to locate the gang's next robbery. He and Robin then defeat the crooks. Garth claims not to be associated with the bandits, but Batman enlisted several amateur photographers to capture Garth and the crooks together on film. Robin brought his own camera to the crime scene and uses the action photos to gain entrance into the Camera Scoops Club.
