Synopsis:
Wonder Woman prevents the crash of a Martian rocket ship on Earth. Inside the ship is Lya, the daughter of the Duke of Deception, and her followers. Lya quickly captures Wonder Woman and forces her to build an underground base for Lya who intends to return to Mars to overthrow her father.
Lya constructs a lifelike double of Wonder Woman which she then sends to Military Intelligence headquarters. The imposter asks the military for weapons to use against Mars, but her appeals are denied. The imposter then leads the government officials into a trap set by Lya.
Meanwhile, Wonder Woman manages to escape confinement in the underground city. She returns to the surface and defeats Lya. The Martian women are the sent to Reform Island for imprisonment.
