Synopsis:
Diana Prince visits the office of scientist Professor Protus Plasm. Plasm is annoyed by government officials, so he uses a newly invented formula to turn one of them into a child-minded bafoon. When the official recovers he fires Plasm from government work.
Later, several other officials including Steve Trevor become child-minded. Wonder Woman, knowing of Plasm's formula, tracks down the girl who gave it to Steve. She forces the girl to bring her to the Great Blue Father, who is responsible for turning men into children.
Wonder Woman is given the formula and becomes child-minded too. She and Steve play a game of baseball. The Great Blue Father plants explosives in the ball. Wonder Woman regains her senses in time to stop the explosion. She then forces the Great Blue Father, who is really Plasm in disguise, to give the victims an antidote, restoring their minds.
