Synopsis:
Clark and Lois attend a remake of an old-time play. After the show Clark imagines himself and Lois in an old-time setting. The evil Squire Squeazel tries to cheat Lois's father out of his newspaper business. Lois uncovers Squeazel's plot, so the villain plans to kill her in a burning corn field. Superman comes to her rescue and puts out the fire. Squeazel takes her again while Superman is busy, but once again the Man of Steel prevails. As in his real life, Clark is spurned by Lois in the fantasy, as she is smitten by Superman.
