Synopsis:
A modern day Robin Hood sets up in Metropolis by stealing money from the rich and giving it to the poor. Superman pursues him, but is distracted when more serious criminals masterminded by Beetlebrow Macklin strike. Macklin later recruits Robin Hood to work for him, but Robin breaks the partnership because Macklin strikes against innocents, including Lois Lane. Robin is shot and killed by Macklin’s men, but not before he helps Superman round up the gang.
