Synopsis:
The Prankster recruits several underworld leaders in a scheme to copyright the English language. After legally securing the copyright, the Prankster throws the country into a panic as he requires payment for any written words. Superman can not legally stop the crook, because the copyright was legally obtained. However, Superman discovers that the copyright registrar who issued the copyright was an imposter hired by the Prankster. The Man of Steel rescues the real registrar turns the Prankster over to the authorities.
