Synopsis:
Wally West observes the disappearance of food in the school cafeteria. Some students panic because they think a ghost is responsible. Wally suspects another speedster. His theory turns out to be correct. He follows the speedster to the outskirts of town. The speedster is a member of a subterranean race who came to the surface after a series of landslides. The creature has a fast metabolism which required him to steal food to save himself from starving. Wally helps him return home, then he seals the entrance to the tunnel.
