Synopsis:
The members of a wealthy sports club decide become criminals for excitement. They rob Bannerman Laboratories and knock out a watchman. The Hourman arrives on the scene too late to stop the thieves, and police accuse him of the robbery. Hourman also discovers that his Miraclo supply has been stolen from the lab. He eventually tracks down the crooks. One of them has taken the stolen Miraclo and gained enhanced strength. Hourman defeats him anyway. The crooks are turned over to the police which clears his name.
