Synopsis:
Inspired by a visit to a funhouse, the Joker begins a series of upside down crimes. He steals a priceless gem from Prince Rageel, capturing Batman and stealing the Bat-plane in the process. Batman is placed in a trap, but he turns the tables on the Joker. He leaves the crook for the police, then returns the stolen gem.
Joker escapes before the police arrive and continues his upside down crimes. Batman deciphers the clues which lead to a party where guests are costumed as movie stars. Joker's gang strikes, but Batman breaks up the robbery, apprehending the Joker again.
