Synopsis:
While in New York, the Whip fights crime. He meets a young woman and her brother who are the victims of a counterfeiting racket. The Whip locates the crooks' operation and tries to bring a local policeman to arrest them. However, the cop is on the crooks' payroll. A fight ensues which results in the crooks shooting one another. The Whip brings the sole surviving counterfeiter to the police, then informs the siblings that they have nothing more to fear from the gang.
