Synopsis:
Rod and Marisa attend a benefit for the local poor house. They uncover a scheme perpetrated by the city commissioners who are giving the poor people tainted meat. Walker, one of the crooks, learns that the scheme is being exposed. He tries to escape with the grafted money, but the Whip stops him. Then the Whip lets Walker's partners know that he tried to cheat them. Marisa broadcasts the arguments across the town, revealing the racket to everyone. The commissioners are ultimately forced to flee from a town mob.
