Synopsis:
Dr. Sanford has developed a Kryptonite antidote which she gives to Supergirl. The experiment is a success, but a side-effect causes Supergirl to develop a wolf-like appearance. After rescuing Superman from a Kryptonite trap, Supergirl returns to Stanhope where her new appearance causes concern from the public.

Superman travels into space to seek help, but he is unable to find a cure for his cousin. Then he meets another Supergirl. He introduces the other Maid of Might to his cousin. She explains that she is from a parallel Earth upon which wolf-like appearance is normal. She also took an antidote, but on her world the formula bestowed human features. To cure them both, the Supergirls take the opposite formulas from the other world. Both heroines are restored to normal, but the immunity to Kryptonite is counteracted.
