Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne’s fiancee, Julie Madison, is found in the streets trying to kill a man by the Batman. Julie appears to have been hypnotized, so she visits her doctor who recommends she visit Europe.
Batman follows her ship in his Batgyro. On board he meets the Monk, a robed man with hypnotic power. Batman is forced to flee, but he looks for Julie in Paris after the ship has docked.
He soon finds her, but is captured by the Monk. Using his Baterang, Batman escapes and rescues Julie from the Monk’s clutches. He then prepares to follow the criminal to Hungary where the villain has fled.
