Synopsis:
With Atlantis surrounded and cutoff from its food supply, the people inside the city starve. They mount several attacks against the oppressors which fail. Finally they mount one last attack. This time Aquaman uses all of his energy to summon a fleet of fish to aid in the attack. The Atlanteans finally prevail. Three of the sentient jellyfish which were directing the attack flee, vowing to return.

Aquaman is exhausted from his efforts to command the fish army. The people cheer him and wish him to remain as their ruler, but once again Aquaman refuses the throne. He leaves Atlantis and returns to the open seas.
