Synopsis:
After rescuing a scientist and his aides from a terrible storm, Green Arrow lands the Arrowplane in a remote valley. The Arrowplane is damaged and needs repairs. While starting the repairs, the group is attacked by a tribe of indians. Green Arrow scares them away with his trick arrows.

The tribe returns to their medicine man in awe of Green Arrow. Fearing the tribe will learn that it is safe to leave the valley, the medicine man, Big Turtle, conceives of a plan to discredit the bowman. Big Turtle presents Green Arrow a challenge to make it rain. Using trick arrows Green Arrow starts a rainstorm, winning his respect from the tribe. The indians learn that the outside world is safe and leave the valley including Big Turtle behind.
