Synopsis:
The Challengers capture Dr. Chrislow on a small volcanic island. They were sent to the island by the CIA who discovered that Chrislow intends to destroy the world. The mad scientist has planted a bomb inside a volcano. When it detonates, the volcano will erupt and set off a chain reaction across the planet which will send Earth out of its orbit.
After capturing Chrislow, the four adventurers enter the volcano and find the bomb. They retrieve it, climb out of the volcano, and throw it into the ocean. Their battle is not over. Chrislow then reveals that there is a second bomb.
Rocky was injured during the first descent, so the remaining trio enter the volcano again. While searching for the bomb, they discover a lost city inhabited by three members of a dying civilization. They wish to use the bomb to destroy their city. They force the Challengers to leave empty-handed. The bomb explodes, destroying the city, but it does not trigger an eruption of the volcano, so the Earth is spared.
