Synopsis:
Two cousins, Philip and Martin Langley, approach Mark Merlin concerning a curse that afflicts their family. The family inheritance is protected by one curse that threatens any Langely who tries to claim it. Another curse prevents non-Langley family members from claiming the treasure. Mark agrees to help the men overcome the curses.

When the men approach the location of the buried treasure, a spirit creature begins attacking Martin. Mark Merlin uses his mystic potions to keep the spirit from killing them. When they finally reach the location of the treasure, Philip tries to claim it and is attacked by another spirit being. Mark saves him, but the spirits have proved that Philip is an imposter. However, neither man can claim the inheritance as the treasure becomes sealed underground for another 100 years.
