Synopsis:
Lois Lane is called to the office of Keefer Marvin to receive a statement against Moke Henders, a swindler. Marvin prepares a statement which he asks Lois to read. He uses a dictaphone to record Lois, but he cuts out certain words. The recorded statement then implicated Perry White. Lois catches on to the trick and tries to escape the office. When she is cornered she pulls a candy gun from her purse. The crooks surrender because they think it is a real gun. The police arrive, and Lois turns over the crooks and the evidence to convict Henders.
