Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen is assigned to write a story about a U.S. president. He dreams that Superman is elected and Clark Kent is vice-president. Superman balances the budget, signs bills, and carries out his presidential duties well.

When Jimmy wakes up he tells Clark about his dream. Clark reminds Jimmy that Superman was not born in the United States, so he can not be elected to office.
