Synopsis:
Johnny and a photographer witness a bank robbery. The crooks see the photographer take their picture, so they kill him. Then they doctor the photo to frame Johnny and Black Canary. Johnny and Canary escape from the crooks with the help of the Thunderbolt. Then they apprehend the robbers and turn them over to the police.
