Synopsis:
Crime boss Mike Kimbo’s henchman, Muscles, gets plastic surgery to resemble Superman. Then he gives a special signal watch to Lois Lane while Superman is on a mission in Kandor. The phony Man of Steel pretends to rescue Lois from staged accidents to earn her trust. Then the crooks use Lois to locate another gangster’s hidden loot. The signal watch is damaged in the process changing its frequency. The new frequency is picked up by Supergirl, who is then able to rescue Lois and stop the crooks.
