Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen goes undercover as escaped convict, "Winky" McCoy. Jimmy infiltrates McCoy’s gang and gathers evidence against them. He also prevents some crimes and saves the life of an FBI agent. When news of the real Winky’s capture is announced, Jimmy is exposed to the gang. The FBI agent returns just in time to save Jimmy.
