Synopsis:
Superman goes undercover to expose the proprietor of a gym which claims that it can give a man super-strength. Superman tricks the man, Soapy Kryle, into believing that his secret formula really does work. Kryle pays for more of the formula and then Superman sends him to jail. The money is used to pay back the men who were swindled.
