Synopsis:
Marisa Dillon travels north to the town of Danvers where the Whip is in the process of exposing Judge Frawd. The judge has been using convicts from the local prison as his personal servants and blackmailing them. When Marisa begins asking questions, Frawd has her and Rod Gaynor kidnapped. Rod's servant Carlos is able to free them. While Rod confronts the crooks as the Whip, Marisa locates the district attorney. Frawd's scheme is exposed and the crooks are arrested.
