Comments:
Though parts of this story are said to take place 1,000 years in the future, the year given is only 2166 making in only 200 years from the Sea Devils' time.

Synopsis:
The Sea Devils meet two divers and bring them to the location where a time capsule was recently sunk. When the divers steal the capsule, the Sea Devils pursue them, boarding their ship. The ship brings the Sea Devils into the future, where they are taken prisoner.

Luv-El, a rebel, rescues the Sea Devils and explains that the Earth has been overthrown by a race of lizard men called the Outsiders. The aliens are liquifying the air using the ocean waters. The Sea Devils battle the Outsiders, learning that the stolen time capsule contained a meteorite fragment which removes salt from water. The Sea Devils successfully overpower the alien leader and take possession of the meteorite. The rebels believe they can now beat back the invasion force, and the Sea Devils return to their own time.
