Synopsis:
An ocean liner and cargo ship are robbed by a costumed pirate known as the Sea Wolf. The crook issues a challenge to the Sea Devils to stop him. When the Sea Devils begin their search, Sea Wolf captures them with amazing technology. Sea Wolf brings the Sea Devils to his underwater headquarters. He reveals that the advanced technology was created by a sentient computer called Manchine. Sea Wolf and Manchine boast of their power. Judy deduces a way to free the Sea Devils using Manchine's own technology. Manchine is destroyed in the resulting explosion, and the Sea Wolf is captured.
