Synopsis:
The Sea Devils compete in an underwater relay race to raise money for equipment for the Junior Sea Devils. They are challenged by Karpas and his team of trained fish. Biff, Nicky, and Dane each lose their leg of the race. Judy swims in the last leg against a merman. The merman is faster, but becomes trapped. Judy rescues him from danger, but in so doing allows the merman to get ahead. However, the greatful merman allows Judy to defeat him and win the race for the Sea Devils. Karpas then tries to kill the Sea Devils, but they escape and Karpas dies when his own sub explodes.
