Synopsis:
Professor Walton, the father of Judy and Nicky, tests a new submarine. When the sub loses contact and does not return, Walton is blamed for the loss of the crew. The Sea Devils decide to find the sub.

Due to the extreme depths they must travel to, the Sea Devils undergo an experimental procedure to become more like fish. The experiment is successful, giving the team special underwater abilities including telepathy. However, the experiment also causes them to forget their mission. Luckily they are able to overcome the effect and rescue the sub which has become trapped in the web of an undersea spider. The Sea Devils and the sub then return to the surface, where Professor Walton is exonerated.
