Synopsis:
A crook with gimmicked clothes called Mr. Quick-Change robs a bank and outwits the Blackhawks. Blackhawk works to identify the crook. Before he can do so, Mr. Quick-Change strikes again. This time he uses the Blackhawks to help him pull off the crime. Afterwards Blackhawk identifies the crook as the Tailor who designed trick suits for smugglers. When Mr. Quick-Change strikes again, he kidnaps Blackhawk himself. However, Blackhawk anticipated the plan and had Chuck impersonate him. Blackhawk then infiltrates the Tailor's hide-out and defeats the crook.
