Synopsis:
Andre is forced to unexpectedly land his plane to perform emergency repairs. While on the ground he falls into a pit of quicksand. An alien from Uranus named Leeb rescues him before running away. Andre then completes his repairs and returns to Blackhawk Island.

When radium thefts are reported, the alien is suspected. The Blackhawks make two attempts to overtake the alien ship only to be thwarted by Andre. As a result, Andre is suspended from the team.

Andre then meets the alien again who reveals that he is a criminal from his world and is trying to avoid lawmen sent to capture him. He enlists Andre's aid, but the frenchman has second thoughts and turns the crook over to the Uranian lawmen. Andre is then reinstated to the Blackhawks when the lawmen provide evidence that Leeb framed Andre, making it appear that Andre was helping him escape to gain his aid later.
