Synopsis:
Using an invention known as the Dyna-Scope, a criminal named the Puppeteer steals a shipment of gold statues from a museum by controlling the guards. The Blackhawks try to stop the crooks only to fall under the control of the Dyna-Scope too. Although the follow the Puppeteer back to his hideout, they are soon captured and forced to perform for the criminals. Blackhawk eventually breaks the control of the Dyna-Scope using radio waves from his belt radio. Once free of the device's influence, Blackhawk is able to apprehend the crook.
