Synopsis:
Hendrickson returns from furlough and begins an annual Blackhawk qualification test. He fails the tests and is forced to retire. Before leaving Blackhawk Island, Hendrickson changes the frequencies on the Blackhawk radios because he discovered that one of his own radios was lost during the capture of Killer Shark.

Hendrickson then goes alone to Killer Shark's old lair in hopes of retrieving the lost radio before criminals find it. However, the lair is now being used by the criminal Manta Ray. Hendrickson manages to escape and contact the Blackhawks. He then performs under fire to defeat the gang and is rewarded by being reinstated.
