Synopsis:
While testing a human operated torpedo, Blackhawk is captured by the sea pirate Octo. The criminal then uses Blackhawk and the torpedo to threaten cargo ships. During a raid, Blackhawk and the torpedo are captured by a race of mermen who blame him for underwater explosions. Blackhawk convinces them that Octo was really responsible. After, they set him free, Blackhawk uses the torpedo to sink Octo's octopus ship. He then rejoins his teammates, but decides not to tell them about the mermen.
