Synopsis:
When manager James Rendon discovers that his boss Ernie Cassell is a crook, he quits. Cassell vows that Rendon will never work again and arranges for the manager to lose his other clients. Rendon attempts suicide, but is rescued by Superboy. Rendon then offers to become Superboy's manager.

Rendon begins arranging Superboy's public appearances. Cassell, still seeking to ruin Rendon, plans crimes to make Superboy and his manager look foolish. Rendon contemplates quitting, then overhears Cassell planning his next job. Rendon is caught, but he alerts Superboy. Cassell is apprehended, and Rendon's career as a manager is restored.
