Steve Trevor's rank is now given as Lieutenant Colonel. He was still a Major in Sensation Comics #63, so he must have received a promotion some time before this story begins.
Synopsis:
Army intelligence is alarmed by Dr. Vulture, an international affairs expert who seems determined to lead the country into war. Steve Trevor and General Darnell infiltrate Vulture's group, but are soon captured. Wonder Woman and the Holliday Girls follow, but they are also captured by invisible men.
Wonder Woman is forced to deliver a message to army intelligence demanding that the U.S. withdraw from the United Nations. Wonder Woman delivers the message, though she knows that the government will not give in. She then returns to the island where she discovers that the invisible men are part of Saturno's alien group from Saturn. Her will power allows Wonder Woman to see her foes and overcome them. With her efforts the country avoids entering another war.
