Synopsis:
Steve Trevor and military intelligence operatives try to shut down the Rogo Spy Gang. While Wonder Woman is helping Steve, his partner is murdered. Wonder Woman finds an unidentified woman holding a gun and arrests her for the murder. The woman refuses to give her name, but Wonder Woman suspects that she is Helen Cary after the girl's parents identify her.

Wonder Woman suspects that Helen is covering for the real killer, so she leads the spies into the open by impersonating Helen. She captures the spies and rescues Steve who was taken prisoner.

After the spies are in custody, Helen explains that her brother Phil was a member of the gang. She took the blame for the murder to cover for him. She then learns that Phil is an undercover military operative working to take down the spies from the inside. When the true story is told, Helen is released.
