Synopsis:
Lois and Clark visit the country of Cornovia which is in the process of selecting a new king. The country has a legend in which the person who pulls a sword from a stone becomes their greatest ruler. When a volcano erupts, Lois is able to pull out the sword, and she is declared the queen.

When the officials of Cornovia demand that Lois marry, she asks that her potential suitors perform three impossible tasks. Only a peasant named Bobo tries to follow through with the chores. Superman decides to help him. Once Bobo completes the tasks, Lois has no choice but to accept his proposal. However, Clark suggests a way for Lois to get out of the marriage by retaining her American citizenship. Cornovia then decides to hold an election for their new leader.
