Synopsis:
The crime rate in Metropolis takes a sudden turn as criminals around the city leave for the South American country of Molinia. A mastermind known as the Eye has taken over the ranch of Don Camerro to use as his base of operation. The criminals then renew their enterprises in Molinia and at sea, free from the interference of Superman.
Lois Lane and Clark Kent are sent to Molinia to investigate the sudden increase in crime. Lois visits her friend Estrellita, the daughter of Don Camerro and stumbles across the crooks. She is captured. When Clark finds her, he is also taken prisoner.
Clark manages to trick Lois, and she doesn't see him change into his Superman identity. With Lois temporarily out of the way, Superman apprehends the gang. He then returns to rescue her and to protect his secret identity.
