Synopsis:
An inventor, Horace Bean, creates a new doll that duplicates Aquaman's swimming ability. Bean promises to donate part of his profits to charity, so Aquaman allows the dolls to be sold.

When a life-sized doll robs a ship, Bean is suspected. Aquaman however manages to stop a second robbery. He proves that the life-sized doll is a real man in costume. He exposes pirate, Bull Moser, as the man behind the plot and apprehends the crooks.
