Synopsis:
After Holliday College is defeated in a basketball game, Wanta Wynn is blamed for the loss. Distraught, Wanta tries to kill herself, but Wonder Woman saves her. The Amazon then brings Wanta to Paradise Island where she receives Amazon training. Her new power is kept in check with bracelets of loving submission.

When Wanta returns home, she posseses new athletic skill. However, she is not allowed to play basketball with the heavy bracelets, so she replaces them with fake plastic ones.

Without the bracelets, Wanta's ego goes out of control. She turns to crime by stealing secret government documents from a safe. Wonder Woman tries to get the documents back, but Wanta captures her and the Holliday Girls. Wonder Woman eventually prevails and is able to put bracelets back on Wanta's wrists. Once the bracelets are restored, Wanta's evil ways are over.
