Synopsis:
Aquaman is asked to investigate a series of suicides committed by criminals. The crooks each jump in the ocean and are not seen again. Aquaman discovers marks drawn in chalk at each location. He then locates another mark where a suicide has yet to occur.

Aquaman waits at the scene until he witnesses Tipper Dale put on iron shoes and jump into the water. Aquaman follows him and discovers a submarine that is bringing the crooks to a submerged ship off the coast.

Inside the ship the crooks are receiving plastic surgery. With their old identities presumed dead and new faces, the crooks are able to reenter society. Aquaman fights off the crooks and captures the gang doctor responsible for the operations.
