Synopsis:
While staying at a hotel in North Africa, Congo Bill meets Jim Taggart. Taggart claims to have discovered diamonds in the jungle, but a bandit named El Hassam has killed his partner. Bill offers to help Jim recover the diamonds.

Taggart leads Bill through the jungle to the location where he has hidden the diamonds. Bill suspects that they are being followed. When no attack occurs, Taggart plans to double cross Bill and keep all the diamonds for himself. Taggart reconsiders when a jaguar attacks.

The bandits then attack Bill's camp. Bill and Taggart fight them off and recover the diamonds.
